Hyundai Motor India Limited has launched the Verna 2023 with new features and upgrades. The popular sedan is now equipped with a 1.5-litre petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine, both of which are BS6 compliant. The new Verna also comes with a host of safety features, including six airbags, electronic stability control, and hill start assist.
The Verna 2023 is available in five variants – S, S+, SX, SX(O), and SX(O) Turbo – with prices ranging from INR 10.89 lakh to INR 16.29 lakh (ex-showroom). The top-end SX(O) Turbo variant is equipped with a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine that delivers 120 PS of power and 172 Nm of torque.
Other new features on the Verna 2023 include a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, a Bose premium sound system, wireless smartphone charging, and a sunroof.
Hyundai has also introduced the “Hyundai Mobility Membership” program for Verna 2023 customers, which offers a range of benefits, including roadside assistance, exclusive offers on car maintenance, and discounts on various lifestyle products and services.
The Verna has been a popular sedan in the Indian market since its introduction in 2006, and the new Verna 2023 is expected to continue that trend with its upgraded features and competitive pricing.
