Guest Post Policy

The following terms and conditions (Policies) shall apply to all publications including  Auto World Journal, Britain Herald, Emirati Times, GCC Business News and Trade World News operating under WellMade Network. These Policies have been passed by the management of WellMade Network on 20th April 2023. 

  • Suitability and Content: All guest posts submitted to WellMade Network's various publications must align with the editorial vision and cater to the diverse interests of our audience. The content should be informative and empowering. We do not accept content that directly or indirectly promotes any institution, person, event, service, or business.
  • Content Quality: a) All content must be 100% unique and not published elsewhere. Creating content by paraphrasing or rewrite topic/content available elsewhere on the Internet is strongly discouraged and all forms of plagiarism are strictly prohibited. b) Articles must be accurate and reflect careful research. Where necessary, be sure to provide references or sources to support your claims or data. c) Post should be minimum 700 words and maximum 1500 words. Use clear and concise language. Use appropriate subheadings, bullet points, and short paragraphs to improve readability. d) If you include images, videos, infographics, etc., they must be high-quality and you must own the copyright or have permission to use them. Please provide necessary attributions.
  • Content Standards: We prohibit the publication of content that is inaccurate, harmful, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, racist, violent, offensive, or harassing; violates or infringes anyone’s intellectual property rights; or is inconsistent with WellMade Network's terms and conditions.
  • Submission Process: If you believe your idea aligns with our guidelines, send an email to WellMadeNetwork@gmail.com with a brief description of your post idea, your full name, and contact number. If accepted, our editorial team will reach out to you within 10 business days.
  • Editorial Review: WellMade Network's editorial staff will review and edit the content for clarity. The guest post authors will have an opportunity to review the edited version before publication. A digital photo of the author should be submitted with the final draft.
  • Guest Post Ownership: While we acknowledge your authorship, the published posts become the property of WellMade Network. You are, however, free to share a link to the posts you authored on social media or your website.
  • Author Acknowledgement and Links: Guest post authors may include one non-affiliate link to their website or social media profile in the author acknowledgement section.
  • Affiliate Links: Affiliate links are not allowed in the guest post submissions. WellMade Network reserves the right to add its own affiliate links where appropriate.
  • Post Quality and SEO: The post should be a minimum of 600 words with keyword research done for its topic. Proper SEO information, including meta description and heading optimization, should be provided. The content should be grammatically correct and in an active voice.
  • Images: It is optional but recommended to submit an image for the post. If provided, it should be available for commercial use.
  • Post Updates / Withdrawals: After publication, you are not entitled to request changes to anything, including grammar, wording, your photo, bio or links. You will not be entitled to withdraw the post after publication. This term shall be binding and shall not be subject to any modifications.
  • Non-Affiliation: By submitting a guest post, you acknowledge that you do not become a part of the WellMade Network website or company.
  • Rejection and Removal: WellMade Network reserves the right to reject any post at any time or remove a published post without prior notice.
  • Characteristics of a Good Post: A good guest post should be unique, written by a verified and knowledgeable author, related to existing content, detailed, accurate, and should not include in-text links. All links in the article must carry the no-follow tag.
  • Author Verification: We only accept guest posts from people with a verified Google+ profile. We encourage guest posts from authors with strong social media profiles on Google+, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Important Note: Let us reiterate, we categorically refuse content that has even a whiff of self-promotion, whether directly or indirectly endorsing any private entity, individual, event, or service. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards commercial undertones in our guest posts. Such posts are reserved solely for paid articles (Unlabelled / Labelled).
